The kinesiologist is an expert in human movement in all its aspects, able to draw up physical exercise protocols aimed at both the healthy subject (preventively) and the pathological case.

Depending on the extent of the problem, the goal can be achieved through a re-educational path at the muscular and joint level or, going to trigger, through exercise, certain physiological processes capable of improving the patient's clinical picture (e.g. subjects suffering from heart disease, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes mellitus, etc..).

Post-injury or post-surgical functional re-education for:
Shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, etc...

What does functional re-education consist of?

Functional recovery work consists of the creation of a work path aimed at recovering joint mobility and muscle capacity compromised by an injury or surgery.
The re-educational intervention is the phase immediately following or concomitant with the rehabilitation (for example, by the physiotherapist or other health figures) able to recover the function lost due to surgery, trauma or other pathologies affecting the musculo-articular systems that involve atrophy and other disabling situations.
Think for example of a subject who underwent an ACL reconstruction surgery in the post-physiotherapy phase, subjects with sub-acromial conflict syndrome, etc...

What does postural gymnastics consist of?

Postural activity is a practice that has long been used and consolidated both in the therapeutic field (for re-education to the right body structure) and sports. Pain, aches, musculo-articular and postural problems are conditions to which we are subject throughout our lives. Posturology is the discipline that analyses and identifies the complex mechanisms that the body puts in place to maintain a functional state and, possibly in the absence of pain. Postural gymnastics offers protocols and precise sequences of positions and movements that direct the body towards a natural rebalancing. The greatest value that we can transfer to people is not limited to the intervention and resolution of a certain discomfort, but to the teaching of prevention and self-management that can be implemented.
